This t-shirt design is inspired by the arrest
of a teacher in Sudan for the "crime" of allowing a
class of 7 year-olds to name
a teddy bear Muhammad, and by the response of some Muslims
to the publication of cartoons
that they considered offensive, particularly a demonstration
that took place in London with placards such as "Behead those
who say that Islam is a violent religion". We call for tolerance
and freedom of expression in Islam - that includes the freedom
to criticise it and the freedom to leave the religion, as these
brave people
have done.
This design is printed on organic sweat shop free T-shirts (Royal
Apparel). Available in men's and women's sizes. $18.50 plus shipping.
